Executive Assistant to the CEO

We’re Hiring | Executive Assistant to the CEO

Join a leading Moroccan industrial group, a major national player, and contribute directly to the strengthening of our executive governance.

Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the General Management across administrative, organizational, and legal matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s agenda, priorities, and travel arrangements
  • Organize and follow up on General Management meetings (preparation, minutes, action tracking)
  • Act as a key interface with internal departments, subsidiaries, and external partners
  • Prepare and format strategic and confidential documents
  • Ensure legal and corporate follow-up (agreements, contracts, official correspondence)
  • Support compliance with corporate governance requirements (Board meetings, General Assemblies, mandates, signatures)
  • Guarantee proper archiving, traceability, and confidentiality of documents

Profile Required:

  • Master’s degree (Executive Assistance, Management, or Law)
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a structured and demanding environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of confidentiality
  • Fluency in French and Arabic required; English is a plus
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills

  • Formation : Bac+3 en électrique, électromécanique ou mécatronique. 
  • Expérience : minimum 5 ans dans un poste similaire en industrie. 
  • Leadership reconnu et capacité à encadrer une équipe. 

Chef d’équipe Électrique (H/F)

  • Formation : Bac+2/3 en électrique, électromécanique ou équivalent. 
  • Expérience : minimum 3 ans en gestion d’équipe technique. 

Électriciens (H/F)

  • Formation : BTS, DUT ou DTS en électromécanique ou spécialités similaires. 
  • Expérience : minimum 2 ans en milieu industriel. 

Mécaniciens (H/F)

  • Formation : BTS, DUT ou DTS en électromécanique ou spécialités similaires. 
  • Expérience : minimum 2 ans en milieu industriel. 

Technicien Qualité & Laboratoire (H/F) 

  • Formation : Bac+2 en physique, chimie ou équivalent. 
  • Expérience : minimum 1 an en environnement industriel. 
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils de contrôle qualité. 

Animateur HSE (H/F)

  • Formation : Bac+2/3 en QHSE ou équivalent. 
  • Expérience : minimum 3 ans en industrie. 
  • Connaissances solides en analyse des risques et animation sécurité. 

Agents HSE (H/F)

  • Formation : Bac+2/3 en hygiène, sécurité, environnement. 
  • Expérience : minimum 1 an en milieu industriel.
